Law 24,901, Article 39, inc. d) Home Care: For exclusive indication of the interdisciplinary team owned or hired by the institutions responsible, people with disabilities can receive the support provided by a home-help to improve their quality of life, prevent institutionalization or shorten the hospitalization. The aforementioned interdisciplinary team assess the necessary support, including intensity and their duration and their supervision, periodic evaluation, reformulation, continuation or termination of assistance. The home-help must have the specific training supported by the relevant certificate issued by competent authority.
