PERU AND COSTA RICA CLOSES FTA negotiations

Peru and Costa Rica reached an understanding and ended negotiations with a view to having a free trade agreement (FTA), through which 80% of all exchanged between the two countries have preferential access immediately or within five years, the minister of Foreign Trade, Eduardo Ferreyros.
