Godrej and Boyce, the last typewriter factory located in Bombay, closed its doors after selling only 800 units in 2010, according to Daily Mail

"Until 2009, we used to produce 10 to 12 000 units per year. But this may be the last chance for fans of the typewriters, "said Milind Dukla, director of the factory, after accepting that computers have dominated even the Indian market.

closes and leaves his last 200 units sold.
