Exchange being the first project implemented by a private company, such as the Lima Stock Exchange, part of the Peruvian financial system.

Roberto Hoyle, president of the LSE, said at the launch event that "TV Exchange wish to continue working on bringing current and future participants of the stock market, and position the LSE as an opportunity for all, in which they invest large and small."

"We are committed to change the outdated image of the bag as an inaccessible market for small and medium entrepreneurs and investors, what really should be: a market where companies can obtain financing for large and small investors, and where small and large investors can get attractive returns with making informed decisions, "he said.
